Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your healthcare needs. Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All tags, seals, and labels must be intact

⚠️ Important: An unboxing video or clear photos may be required as proof for damaged or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used medical/healthcare products
  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., masks, thermometers, etc. once opened)
  • Medicines, consumables, or perishable healthcare items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at mediproductss0@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your Order ID, issue details, and photos/video proof
  3. Our team will review and approve the request within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of approval
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details for refund processing

Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or UPI app
  • Contact your bank/payment provider
